From the hospital ward to the coaching room.
For 32 years I was a registered nurse, supporting people through some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives. It taught me that the things that hold us back most often can't be treated with medicine.
Why I do this
— Paulette
Nursing showed me people at their bravest and their most fragile. Over and over, I saw that how someone thinks about their situation shapes what happens next — often as much as any treatment.
I also saw how many good, capable people were simply running on autopilot: busy, tired, doing everything for everyone, and quietly putting their own dreams on hold.
That's what led me to train as a Certified Life Mastery Consultant with the Brave Thinking Institute. I wanted a proven, structured way to help people get unstuck — not just a pep talk. Today I bring together clinical insight and deep personal development to help people move beyond self-doubt, anxiety and limitation into clarity, confidence and action.
I'm known for being grounded, warm and honest. I'll hold a safe space for you, and I'll also gently challenge you — because I can often see what you can't yet see in yourself.
My mission is simple: to help people stop living on autopilot and start living with intention, courage and purpose. From surviving to thriving.

From a room of 16 in Rototuna to a stadium.
As far as we know, no home-grown Kiwi life coach has filled a stadium yet. I'd love to be the first — not for the spotlight, but because every seat is a person who decided to stop surviving and start thriving.
It starts one room at a time. Come along for the ride.
